3 By the Sea Creations provides custom laser-engraved gifts, leather patch hats, apparel, and other personalized items. All products are made to order and may vary slightly in appearance due to natural materials and the handmade process.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options provided through our site. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless we approve the request in writing within 24 hours.

3. Customization & Proofing

For personalized items, you are responsible for providing correct spelling, design files, or text. We offer digital proofs upon request or as noted in listings. Approval of proofs is required before engraving begins. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors after production approval.

4. Processing & Shipping

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Custom and bulk orders may take longer. Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors after your order leaves our facility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a replacement when appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, product names, and branding on this website are the property of 3 By the Sea Creations and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.

7. User Conduct
